As an Accounts Receivable Specialist , you’ll play a critical role in supporting our financial operations and driving the company's continued growth. You’ll own the accounts receivable process from start to finish, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and seamless coordination with customers, general contractors, and internal teams. What You’ll Do Billing and Invoicing Accounts Receivable and Collection Documentation and Compliance Tools You’ll Use Core – Accounts receivable management, invoicing, collections, subcontractor draws Procore – Pay applications and general contract or documentation General Contractor Portals – Invoicing, pay applications, and pre-qualification submissions Vendor Portals – Invoice entry and management What You Bring Experience in accounts receivable, construction accounting, or a related field Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset Proficiency with Excel and accounting or construction management software Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Why Join Coverings Group?
