Bilingual Warehouse Coordinator

Warehouse ManagerCoordinate day-to-day operations of the warehouse.Manage inbound receiving, outbound shipments, and inventory.Follow up on orders, shipments, and transportation arrangements.Coordinate the work and schedules of warehouse employees.Resolve day-to-day warehouse operational issues.Perform computer data entry, Excel work, and related document processing.Process returns, inspect merchandise, and record returned goods into inventory.Communicate and coordinate with transportation companies, customers, and internal teams.Perform other duties assigned by the department supervisor and company management.Associate degree or equivalent education.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English in a professional work environment. This job requires to communicate with Mandarin speaking team.Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, 3PL, transportation, or order processing preferred.Proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Excel.Detail-oriented, responsible, and dependable, with strong communication and coordination skills.Monday through Friday + Sunday8:30 AM – 5:00 PMWork hours may be adjusted based on order volume and operational needs.
