Hospitals, hotels, schools, bridges, airports and more.Come build a career you believe in.About the RoleAs a Floating Leasing Agent at Z Modular Industries, you will play a key role in driving occupancy by delivering a professional and welcoming experience to prospective residents while showcasing the community’s lifestyle and amenities.The Leasing Agent manages the full leasing cycle—from initial inquiry through move-in, ensuring every interaction reflects high service standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment and takes pride in promoting quality living experiences. This role will be supporting all of our properties in the area, Pheonix, Avondale, Maricopa, Casa Grande, & Glendale, depending on needs.What You’ll DoGreet and qualify prospective residents while scheduling property toursPromote apartment features, community amenities, and lifestyle benefitsRespond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platformsProcess applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease documentation in compliance with company policiesFacilitate renewals, move-ins, and move-outs to ensure a seamless resident experienceMaintain an organized leasing pipeline using CRM and follow-up systemsSupport resident retention efforts and execute lease renewal campaignsParticipate in marketing initiatives and community outreach to generate leadsEnsure model units and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and tour-readyAssist with planning and executing resident events and promotional activitiesPromote and uphold workplace safety in compliance with regulations and company policiesWho You Are1–3 years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service (residential property management preferred)High school diploma or equivalent preferredLease up experience is requiredAbility to speak Spanish is highly preferred.Ability to work weekendsProficient in CRM platforms, leasing software, and digital toolsStrong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsProfessional presentation with a confident, goal-driven closing abilityKnowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations preferredFlexible availability, including weekends and some eveningsAbility to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to perform essential job functions, including conducting property tours, inspecting apartment homes and common areas, and interacting with residents and prospectsRegular movement throughout the property, including stairs and outdoor areas, in varying weather conditionsAbility to operate a computer, phone, and standard office equipmentVisual ability to review documents and assess units and property conditions for cleanliness, safety, and readinessAbility to stand or remain stationary for extended periodsOccasional lifting or moving of items such as packages, office supplies, leasing materials, or event equipment (up to 50 pounds)All responsibilities performed in accordance with established safety protocolsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functionsWhat You’ll GetZekelman Industries offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including:Competitive compensationBonus plan and profit-sharing opportunities401(k) with generous company matchComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insuranceTuition assistance programPaid vacation and holidaysEmployee loyalty awards#LI-KF1Zekelman Industries offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits, including low-cost, high-quality medical and dental benefits.
