PRODUCTION MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our production team. salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting on high-speed liquid packaging and batch formulation equipment.

• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute scheduled PM tasks on processing kettles, pumps, mixers, conveyors, and automated packaging lines using our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

• Line Setup & Changeovers: Perform mechanical adjustments and line changeovers between production runs to minimize downtime.

• Compliance & Documentation: Accurately document all repairs, calibrations, and PM work orders in accordance with cGMP and FDA regulatory standards.

• Safety & Continuous Improvement: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
