Position Title: Maintenance Helper
Location: New Haven, CT
Clearance Requirements: None
Shift: 1st Shift – Mon to Fri - 7:30am to 4pm
Employment: Contract to Hire
Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience

Position Description:
Join a dynamic team as a Maintenance Helper in New Haven, CT, and contribute to maintaining and repairing essential building systems. This contract-to-hire role offers hands-on experience in facility maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and groundskeeping. Work on a first shift schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and gain valuable skills in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include completing preventive maintenance, repairing equipment, and assisting senior technicians with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Top Requirements:

• High School Diploma, G.E.D., or Equivalent
• At least one year of mechanical experience, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry
• Valid driver’s license and ability to read and understand safety policies, manuals, and instructions.
