Responsibilities Strong healthcare recruitment expertise, including full-cycle recruiting for clinical, non-clinical, and health IT roles. Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards, applicant tracking systems) and talent pipeline development. Proficiency in interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation, with a focus on equitable and inclusive hiring practices. Knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and workforce trends; prior experience supporting hospitals, healthcare systems, or insurance organizations is highly beneficial. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and leadership. Strong organizational and time management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including tracking recruitment metrics and using insights to improve processes.
