Job Title: School Psychologist Location: Portsmouth, RI Job Description: Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in Portsmouth RI. The School Psychologist will play a vital role in providing psychological services to students, collaborating with educators and families, and promoting positive mental health and academic success. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess students' cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations for educational programming and intervention planning Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to develop and implement strategies to support students' academic, social, and emotional development Provide individual and group counseling to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 plans Qualifications: Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure in the state of Rhode Island Previous experience working as a School Psychologist in a school or educational setting preferred Knowledge of assessment techniques, intervention strategies, and special education laws and regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr
