# Job Opportunity – Cardiac Cath Lab RN / Cardiovascular Technologist – Virginia**Start Date:** May 27, 2026 **Location:** Richmond, Virginia **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Day shift in a fast-paced, high-volume cardiac catheterization lab; on-call responsibilities include some weekends and weekdays with 30-minute call-back requirement**Highlights:** - Work in a modern 3-room cardiac cath lab performing diagnostic and interventional procedures including complex PCIs, peripheral cases, Impella, and balloon-pump support- Collaborate with a skilled team of 10–11 staff daily with a 3-staff-per-room ratio ensuring comprehensive patient care- Utilize GE X-ray/MacLab equipment and Meditech EMR system in a well-equipped interventional environment- No floating required – dedicated assignment to the cardiac cath lab- Hospital-provided scrubs and supportive team culture focused on professionalism and collaboration- Join a friendly, easy-going team that values kindness while maintaining excellence in a busy procedural setting**Requirements:** - Active RN or RT (Cardiovascular Technologist) license- Experience working in an interventional cardiac cath lab (required)- Experience in a high-volume lab handling complex cases (strongly preferred)- Ability to respond to the hospital within 30 minutes when on call- Strong attendance record and professional demeanor**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This position offers the chance to work with a collaborative, experienced team in a state-of-the-art cardiac cath lab that handles a diverse and challenging case mix.
