About Us

Georgia Landscape Contracting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Installation Team Foreman to join our growing team in the Metro Atlanta area. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, landscaping experience, and the ability to independently manage crews, equipment, and daily production.

Pay

$20.00 - $27.00 per hour depending on experience

Schedule

Full-time

Four 10-hour shifts

Monday - Thursday

Friday used as makeup/weather day when needed

Optional overtime opportunities available on Saturdays

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a landscaping maintenance crew

Manage assigned truck, trailer, and landscaping equipment

Perform lawn maintenance services including:

mowing

edging

pruning

weed control

blowing

Ensure work is completed efficiently and to company quality standards

Manage labor hours and daily productivity goals

Communicate effectively with management and crew members

Work independently without direct supervision throughout the day

Maintain a safe and professional work environment

Train and support crew members as needed

Qualifications

Minimum 3 - 5 years of landscaping supervisory experience preferred

Experience leading lawn maintenance or landscaping crews

Working knowledge of Atlanta-area plants and turf preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Valid driver's license preferred

Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment

This position requires the ability to perform the essential job functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation. Duties may include standing, walking, lifting, bending, operating landscaping equipment, and working outdoors throughout the shift in varying weather conditions.
