A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING SERVICE MANAGER In this position, you oversee and assist our plumbers with various tasks and projects. You are ready to tackle any issue that comes your way, whether it be a customer complaint or an issue within your department. Using your strong communication skills, you stay in close contact with our plumbers and other company staff, always staying well‑informed and on top of our company's affairs. You help our company run smoothly by completing a variety of important tasks, including reviewing quotes and invoices, assisting in sales, fielding technical questions, and providing top‑notch customer service.
