Got a fire in your belly to learn everything about retail management? As a Manager in Training at Buck Mason, you'll be on the fast track to leading your own store. This full-time role is all about soaking up knowledge, supporting the Store Manager, and getting ready to take the helm.

Responsibilities:

• Absorb everything from our seasoned managers about running a top-notch retail operation.
• Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing the store staff, with an eye on building your own future team.
• Dive into the numbers, analyze sales data, and support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.
• Oversee daily store operations, manage inventory levels, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Step up as the primary point of contact in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring seamless operations.

$19 - $26 an hour Here at Buck Mason, we're all about transparency and fairness, especially when it comes to compensation. While the base salary range for this role is $19-$26 per hour, your total compensation package will also include commission of 2% of your individual sales.
