We're growing our rehab team and looking for a compassionate, full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who wants to practice differently - one who values person-centered care, creative problem-solving, and being part of a team that treats the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with physical, emotional, and cognitive impairments
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' strengths, weaknesses, and needs
• Design and implement interventions to improve activities of daily living, cognitive function, and overall well-being
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records
• Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers to promote healthy habits and long-term independence

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
