Unit Manager (RN) Facility: Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Location: Rochelle Park, NJ Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Salary: $100,000–$105,000 annually Join Our Team as a Unit Manager (RN)! Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you will oversee the daily clinical operations of your assigned unit, ensuring exceptional resident care while providing leadership and support to nursing staff. Responsibilities Oversee the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to promote quality care and professional growth Ensure residents receive care in accordance with individualized care plans Perform resident rounds, assessments, and monitor changes in condition Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care Lead and participate in care plan meetings Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations Support quality assurance initiatives and survey preparedness Promote a positive, collaborative, and resident-focused culture Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience Long-term care/skilled nursing experience required Previous Unit Manager or nursing leadership experience preferred Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) required Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills Benefits Medical and Dental Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Recognition Program Employee Discounts Supportive and collaborative work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
