Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager

As an RN Unit Manager , you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for our residents while supporting and leading the nursing team. RN Unit Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License 2 years SNF Management Experience BLS, IV Certified Previous staff management experience preferred Supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift and ensure quality resident care Conduct nursing rounds throughout the shift Provide education and support to staff, residents, and resident family members Assess the unique needs of each resident and help determine appropriate treatment plans Monitor treatments and resident progress in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Coordinate with physicians and other members of the care team to support positive outcomes Ensure staff perform their duties in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator RN Unit Manager Schedule & Benefits: Full-time, MOD schedule Get paid every day — no more waiting for payday!
