Senior Community and Events Lead [Remote]

**About the Opportunity **

The EEA Growth Hacking team is turning the community into a core acquisition and retention engine. We are looking for a senior operator to design and run a repeatable system that ships multiple community events across Europe every month, plus large scale brand events and KOL retreats shaped by what our communities and partners actually need. You will own the model end to end: the playbook, a small on the ground team, the quality bar, and the metrics that prove events drive growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and run a repeatable system that delivers multiple community events per month across European markets at a consistent quality bar
• Own large scale brand events and KOL retreats from concept to execution, driven by real community and partner needs
• Turn one off wins into documented playbooks so quality holds as volume scales, and own budgets, vendors, and logistics with precision
• Align growth, marketing, and partnership stakeholders, hold the line on priorities and tradeoffs, and solve problems live on site
• Define and track the metrics that prove events drive growth: attendance, activation, retention, partner and KOL engagement, and cost per outcome
• Scale the Events and Social Media playbook to multiple European countries, from the get go.

What We Look For In You

• A track record running events at scale, ideally recurring multi market programs
• Strong operational discipline: detailed planning, precision, and repeatable process design
• Fast, calm problem solving under pressure and on the ground
• Confidence to make decisions and advocate firmly for the community inside the business
• Team leadership experience, including hiring and managing people distributed across markets
• Sharp internal stakeholder management across functions
• Proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and partners across Europe
