Base pay range $20.00/hr - $20.74/hr Investment Bank located in Baltimore, MD seeks Operations Analyst. Hybrid: expectation is that team member works 3 days in office minimum.

BACHELOR'S REQUIRED

Primary Responsibilities The successful candidate will own daily management and client relationships for Global Clients, providing first-class service and break resolution for a number of clients across products in global markets. The candidate will need to work closely with Global Stakeholders including the Prime Brokerage Trade Support teams, Prematch and Fails, the Business Units and senior management across the firm. Liaising/communicating with Global stakeholders and various operational groups Planning and organising of projects, initiatives and team testing Providing reporting/information to management and key stakeholders Process management of various client-related functions such as trade amendments, client queries and reporting within specified timescales Ensuring procedures are accurate, relevant and adhered to Pro-actively contributing towards the drive to improve process efficiency through root cause analysis Identification and timely escalation of risk items to management Skills required (essential) Candidate should have a background in Financial Services within Operations Experience and knowledge of Client Servicing Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage and prioritise workload and work to deadlines An understanding of risk management and escalation High levels of accuracy and numeracy The utilization of analytical and investigative skills to a successful conclusion Proactive and flexible team player The ability to establish and build effective working relationships with local and global colleagues Knowledge of the full Trade flow from Execution to settlement for the market and the client Experience preparing team procedures and assessing/implementing team controls Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Proven track record of successful project implementation Seniority level Entry level Employment type Temporary Job function Analyst Industries Investment Banking and Financial Services #J-18808-Ljbffr Asset Staffing
