Key Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
• Reconcile daily revenue reports and bank deposits
• Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
• Enter invoices, receipts, and journal entries accurately
• Organize and maintain financial records and documentation
• Assist with account reconciliations and expense tracking
• Collaborate with hotel management to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Identify discrepancies and help resolve accounting issues
• Perform general administrative and accounting support tasks

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
