Service Delivery Center, Indirect Tax - Senior

We’re seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to support the EY Financial Services Indirect Tax practice within our Service Delivery Center. The role involves working with client‑serving professionals to implement tax technology solutions, manage engagement processes, and deliver excellent client service. Key Responsibilities Assist in implementing best practices across engagement teams while building a network across multiple practice offices. Support tax technology implementation, engagement economics, and delivery of exceptional client service. Manage engagement processes and communicate effectively with engagement team leads. Deploy technology services. Collect, receive, and organize client data. Contribute to technical development and support existing proprietary technology offerings. Seek guidance and feedback from team leadership. Skills and Attributes Understanding of the workflow process of client engagements from start to completion. Ability to train and coach junior team members. Demonstrated project management, teaming, and problem‑solving skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, general business, technology, or a related field. Minimum of three years of relevant experience in tax and/or accounting. Financial services or technology experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and/or SharePoint) and willingness to learn firm‐ and client‑specific technologies. Demonstrated project management skills. Experience analysing and solving complex problems. Desirable Attributes Proven leadership skills. Proven ability to mentor. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience working with colleagues at all levels of business. Benefits Comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Base salary range for U.S. locations: $71,000 to $117,100; for NYC metro, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento): $85,100 to $133,100. Includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off. Hybrid model: most external client roles work in person 60% of time during engagements or projects.
