Job Overview A premier New York City based clinical psychology and performance optimization practice is seeking a highly experienced Chief Operations Officer to support the Founder & CEO. The role involves managing complex executive operations in a fast-paced, high-confidentiality environment. Responsibilities Oversee a dynamic international calendar and coordinate global travel logistics. Manage financial tracking and expense reporting with exceptional numerical accuracy. Draft executive correspondence. Ensure seamless coordination across clinical, business, and personal priorities. Track multi-jurisdictional tax matters including IRS, New York State, and New York City filings, monitor outstanding credits, audit timelines, and pending recoveries. Liaise with accountants, attorneys, and financial advisors. Translate complex financial documents into clear, actionable items. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Chief Operations Officer, with a track record of scaling a company. Meticulous, proactive professional who views executive assistance as a long-term career. Excellent at protecting the principal's time, anticipating needs before they arise. Ability to operate with absolute discretion while supporting high-profile clients and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
