Full Time, Household Manager, Live Out, Personal Assistant

A couple, in Bryn Mawr, PA, needs to hire a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant/House Manager to support their daily schedules and oversee the smooth operation of their home. Responsibilities Manages calendars and coordinates appointments. Liaises with vendors and household staff. Personal shopping, manages documents, and tracks household spending. Handles household errands and oversees the needs of the household dogs. Schedules household repairs and ensures the home remains well‑maintained and stocked. Oversees occasional needs in secondary residences and coordinates necessary vendors. Co‑ordinates with the Nanny to keep the household schedule accurate, though direct care of the three pre‑teen/teens is not required. Works seamlessly with the current Housekeeper and Nanny to ensure smooth operations and coordination of schedules. Works from home most days, with some days off‑site if in‑person presence is not necessary. Qualifications Highly organized, proactive, and discreet. Detail‑oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and anticipate needs before they arise. Comfortable working with a housekeeper and nanny to ensure smooth operations.
