Personal Assistant (Part Time, Live-out) Location: Westchester, NY A busy individual in Westchester County needs a highly experienced part-time Personal Assistant. Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday, 25 hours per week (two days remote, one day on-site). Compensation: $60 per hour. Immediate start. Responsibilities Set-up and planning of meetings and special events/parties. Take meeting minutes as requested. Handle incoming mail and correspondence, including drafting, editing and preparing various documents and reports. Plan a diversified workload, maintain a busy business and social calendar. Coordinate purchases and delivery of household furniture, artwork, and other items. Coordinate both personal and business-related travel arrangements. Maintain a database of art works collection. Manage assignments requiring sensitivity to confidential information. Help shop for family gifts (events, birthdays, and friends). Update and maintain business and personal contact database. Work harmoniously with other staff who provide support with a multitude of tasks. Qualifications Highly experienced personal assistant. Experience with philanthropic work.
