You'll partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to define what great looks like for a role, go find it, and close it. There's almost no red tape here: no drawn-out approval chains, no bureaucracy standing between you and a great candidate. It's the right role for you if you're incredibly self-directed, you move fast, take ownership over your pipelines, and can attract ? close the best talent in the world.What You'll DoOwn full-cycle recruiting for a mix of technical and non-technical roles, from intake through offer and closePartner directly with hiring managers and leadership to build role scorecards, sharpen hiring criteria, and design efficient interview processesProactively source and engage passive candidates across channels, building strong outbound pipelines rather than waiting on inboundManage a high-volume, fast-moving pipeline while maintaining a high bar and a great candidate experienceAct as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market data, leveling, and competitive offersRepresent Kalshi's mission and culture compellingly to candidates at every stageWhat You Bring6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally spanning both technical and non-technical hiringProven ability to build strong outbound pipelines and close passive candidates, not just manage inbound flowComfort operating across very different hiring profiles - from engineers to operators to compliance and gtm hires - without losing quality or speedStrong judgment and the ability to move fast and make decisions autonomously in a low-process environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior hiring managersGenuine excitement about working somewhere fast-moving with minimal bureaucracy and high ownershipBachelor's degree preferred, not requiredNYC Pay Transparency DisclosureSalary Range: $175,000 - $250,000 annually plus equity and benefits. This range reflects current market data for this role.
