With a focus on innovation, they are poised to redefine how legal services are delivered. What You Will Do Design user-centric interfaces that enhance the contract review experience. Collaborate closely with legal experts and AI engineers to create intuitive design solutions. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve workflows. Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all platforms. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively. Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on designs and enhance user satisfaction. Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to keep the product at the forefront of the industry. Ideal Candidate Background 3+ years of experience in a design role, preferably within tech or legal technology. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and problem-solving skills. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers. Preferred Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in user experience design. Experience in the legal industry or with legal technology products. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in design. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this role is $190K–$235K, reflecting the seniority and expertise required.
