Base Salary: Up to $60,000 + Benefits About the Opportunity A growing and collaborative wealth management firm in Lakewood, Colorado is seeking a Client Experience Associate to support advisors, clients, and daily office operations within a fast‑paced professional environment. This position serves as an important first point of contact for clients while also supporting administrative coordination, operational workflows, and overall office organization. What You’ll Be Doing Client Service & Relationship Support Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth Assist with client servicing requests and general relationship support Coordinate advisor calendars, meetings, and scheduling logistics Prepare meeting materials and assist with follow‑up communications Support account maintenance and onboarding processes Administrative & Operational Support Assist advisors and leadership with day‑to‑day operational and administrative projects Maintain organized client records and internal documentation Coordinate office operations including mail, supplies, and vendor communication Support reporting, data entry, workflow management, and document preparation Help improve operational organization and efficiency across the office Office & Team Coordination Assist with team meetings, internal events, and client appreciation initiatives Maintain conference rooms and common office spaces Collaborate closely with advisors and team members on office‑wide support needs Contribute to a positive, professional, and team‑oriented culture Qualifications 1–3 years of administrative, hospitality, client service, or financial services experience preferred Professional communication skills and polished presentation Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset Interest in wealth management or financial services strongly preferred Ability to work onsite in Lakewood, CO five days per week Base salary up to $60,000 depending on experience Long‑term growth opportunity within a collaborative wealth management firm Exposure to client relationship management, financial planning support, and investment operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
