Job Description
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. This position focuses on delivering high-quality respiratory care in a critical care environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in neuro diagnostics and be prepared to work in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients in need of assistance.
Conduct diagnostic tests and interpret results related to respiratory function.
Administer various therapies and medications as prescribed, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans.
Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust care as needed.
Educate patients and families regarding respiratory conditions and care plans.
Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives in the unit.

Shift Information

This position primarily involves night shifts, comprising three 12-hour shifts per week, from 19:00 to 07:00.

Call Requirements

The selected candidate will have the flexibility to choose call dates, with an expectation of approximately five call days within a six-week period.

Qualifications

Active RRT certification.
Experience in respiratory care, preferably with neuro diagnostics expertise.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
