Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional respiratory care to patients in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administer respiratory therapy treatments in accordance with established protocols.
Monitor and assess patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families on respiratory care and equipment usage.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and outcomes.
Participate in call rotation approximately 5 days within a 6-week period.

Schedule

This position requires a night shift schedule of 3x12 hours, from 19:00 to 07:00. Flexibility in selecting call dates is allowed.

Qualifications

Must have a valid RRT certification.
Experience in respiratory therapy preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Epic electronic health record experience preferred.
