Principal Duties and Responsibilities of the Dining Aide Prepare and serve meals according to the resident's diet order. Serve meals to residents in a friendly and professional manner. Perform all responsibilities of the position in accordance with all safety regulations and standards of practice. Maintain kitchen, food storage, and preparation areas in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times. Ensure that all food is received, stored, and prepared in accordance with company standards. Document the temperature of food, refrigeration, and freezers. Work closely with the Dining Manager.
