Job Description
Registered Nurse - CVICU

Schedule

36 hours per week, Night shift, 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:30). Up to 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period.

Assignment Details

Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity. Rotating holidays.

Requirements

• 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Skills required: IV start, telemetry, ventilators, swan ganz catheters, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, PA lines
• Epic experience required
• Previous travel experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the CVICU setting
• Monitor and assess patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
