Lead the Way as Our General Manager at Baked! A Potato Restaurant

Are you ready to take the reins and lead a dynamic team in a unique and growing restaurant concept? At Baked! A Potato Restaurant , located in Conyers, GA, we’re all about serving up delicious, creative potato-based dishes in a welcoming and fun environment. Now, we’re looking for a General Manager to join us and help steer our restaurant to new heights!

As the General Manager, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do. From managing day-to-day operations to ensuring our customers leave with a smile, this is a role where your leadership and organizational skills will shine. Here’s a snapshot of your key responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high performance.
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are consistently met.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, and implement strategies for growth.
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both staff and customers.

We’re seeking a candidate who brings a blend of experience, enthusiasm, and leadership to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:
- At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
