Overview: We're looking for an experienced Lead Estimator to join our awesome team. We need someone who's really good at figuring out how much stuff costs for building things. You'll be in charge of teaching other people how to do it too!

Responsibilities:

• Figure out how much projects will cost using what things cost in the area and how much stuff we need.
• Teach and help other estimators get better at their jobs.
• Work with our project planners and sales team to make sure our prices are competitive.
• Look at the big picture when figuring out costs, like how much everything will cost in the end and what's happening in the market.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience figuring out how much things cost, especially for big buildings.
• Really good at knowing how much stuff costs and how to talk to people about it.
• Great at talking to and helping others.
• Can work alone or with a team.
• Bonus if you know a lot about finishing the insides of buildings.
