Senior Estimator Lead: Bid Strategy & Team Management
Granite Construction
Granite Construction is seeking a seasoned Estimator Leader in the Tampa Bay area to develop and manage bid opportunities on projects up to $50 million. You will supervise the estimating team, refine cost models, and drive competitive pricing to meet company objectives.
The role requires a civil engineering or related degree, 10+ years of estimating experience and 5+ years of management, with strong skills in MS Office, BIDS 2, AGTEK, and Primavera. A driver’s license is expected.
