You’ll be a part of cross-functional teams and define how agents and agentic-enabled applications can simplify, automate, and accelerate the transformation of an organization’s business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the product vision and strategy for designated AI Agent initiatives, aligning with company goals and customer needs.Define and prioritize product requirements informed by user research, data insights, and market trends.Collaborate with engineering, design, architecture, and data science teams to translate complex AI capabilities into usable, scalable features.Partner with GTM teams and Product Marketing to refine positioning, pricing, and adoption strategies.Drive continuous improvement and measurable outcomes across the product lifecycle. ️ Who you areAn accountable self-starter who can take responsibility for your product area and ensure that cross-functional teams are on-track with your roadmap.A flexible person who is comfortable in a quickly changing environment and can operate fluidly between the high-level strategy level and the micro-detail to get things right.An inquisitive professional who loves to understand current challenges and can generate many ideas.An effective communicator who is able to tailor the communication style to the audience and is able to influence others with compelling narratives.A data-driven individual who likes working with data and has the ability to synthesize analytic results into relevant and strategic recommendations.Organized and able to carry out interdependent projects from start to finish.Enthusiastic about technology and able to explain technical concepts in simple terms.A team player that works well cross-functionally with a diverse group of stakeholders. Qualifications / What You Need To Succeed8+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in AI, PaaS, SaaS, or enterprise software.Proven leadership experience guiding multidisciplinary teams or managing other PMs.Demonstrated technical background or familiarity with modern AI/ML concepts, APIs, and developer tools.Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.Deep customer empathy and a track record of shipping impactful, data-driven products.Salary Range (base): $215k - $222kSalary Determination: Our salary range is based on industry standards, company performance, and market conditions.
