Employee Benefits Account Executive Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Executiveto join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing the overall servicing of a book of business, specifically large group accounts (50+ lives). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process, annual renewal workflows, and day-to-day servicing needs. Compensation Package Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 annually Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available Responsibilities Manage the servicing of a book of business, including large group accounts (50+ employees). Oversee the initial onboarding process for new accounts. Handle annual renewal workflows and ensure timely execution. Address and resolve day-to-day servicing needs for assigned accounts. Collaborate with theservice team to ensure seamless account management. Travel as needed for open enrollment periods. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations: Life & Health (L&H) license required. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferred. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Employee Navigator and Agency Block is highly desirable. Soft Skills: Bilingual capabilities are a plus. Background in competitive sports is a bonus.
