Employee Benefits Account Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and client-focused Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our growing Employee Benefits team. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, helping to manage day-to-day service needs, support renewal strategies, and deliver exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and knowledgeable in employee benefits. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of employee benefits clients and serve as a primary service contact. Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering responsive, professional service. Support Account Executives with renewal planning, marketing efforts, and client strategy initiatives. Coordinate and manage renewals for: Medical Vision Life Insurance Disability Insurance Voluntary Benefits Wellness Programs Assist clients with eligibility, enrollment, billing, claims, and other service-related matters. Prepare renewal reports, benefit comparisons, and client presentations. Coordinate implementation of new benefit plans and carrier transitions. Facilitate open enrollment planning and employee communication initiatives. Liaise with insurance carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. Track deadlines and ensure all client deliverables are completed accurately and on time. Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems. Stay current on employee benefits trends, products, and regulatory developments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of employee benefits account management, client service, or brokerage experience. Strong understanding of group health and ancillary employee benefit programs. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Nevada insurance license preferred or ability to obtain upon hire. Experience with agency management systems and benefits administration platforms is a plus. CEBS, RHU, or other industry designations are a plus.
