We provide services to different companies from small scale level to even fortune 500 organizations and guide them in the best possible way to maximize IT investment and also reduce the cost of acquiring new technologies.We are looking for consultants for the below requirement so please once have a review on it and share suitable profiles.Title: Fusion Technical Consultant { Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) }Location: Chicago, ILDuration: 6+ MonthsAs a Fusion Technical Consultant, you will ensure quality and timeliness of activities related to issue resolution through technical design, configuration and deployment of HCM Cloud solution for client. You will participate in activities related to root cause analysis, review of functional design, create technical design based on functional design provided by functional team, develop/fix reports/interfaces, upload the data via HDL/PBL, Data Migration, perform unit testing and support other technical activities related to HCM Cloud (Fusion) with the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to clients. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.• At least 7+ years of experience with IT along with 2+ years of cloud experience.• Expertise in Fusion HCMExpertise in the end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations, rollouts and support projects and should be well versed with Understand Functional design documents, Create Technical design, Development, Quality Assurance, Deployment, Post Go-Live Support and End User Education.He/She should have sound knowledge of the various technical tools like HDL, PBL, Report creation, Data Model creation, Interface Development and Personalization.He/She should have good knowledge of Functional Modules – Core HR, Compensation etc.Experience in Data Migration using various tools with analytical and debugging skills.Experience in HCM Cloud report/interface Unit and System Integration testing across modules and managing small teams with excellent client management skillsThank you!
