About the Food Services Supervisor Role:

As a Food Services Supervisor at Springvale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department. This includes managing a team of dietary staff, coordinating menu planning and food preparation, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Food Services Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise dietary staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality of food service
• Coordinate menu planning and food preparation to meet the dietary needs of our residents and patients
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized dining environment
• Manage food inventory and ordering, minimizing waste and optimizing costs
• Develop and implement effective policies and procedures for food service operations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and integration
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement of food service operations

Food Services Supervisor Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service management or a related field
