Job Summary We are seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead our Patient Food Services team in a 700-bed hospital serving acute, children’s, and behavioral health populations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement patient food service programs based on medical direction and the needs of the patient population Recruit, train, coach, and develop patient services team members Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and modified diets while meeting patient preferences within prescribed guidelines Support and drive achievement of patient satisfaction goals Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards, including federal, state, and accrediting agencies, while adhering to HIPAA, confidentiality, and patient rights policies Participate in and lead patient satisfaction initiatives, departmental meetings, and facility-wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs Qualifications: Associate degree with 2-5 years of experience in food services or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree in food service management, nutrition, or a related field Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Registered Diet Technician (DTR), or Registered Dietitian (RD) preferred At least 2-5 years of food service management experience, preferably in an acute care setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and diet office systems Morrison Healthcare is a member of Compass Group USA Associates at Morrison Healthcare are offered many fantastic benefits.
