THE ROLE

As a Shift Lead, you are responsible for leading the team and setting the tone for every shift. You will oversee daily operations, guide a team of 2–6 team members, and ensure everything runs smoothly — from product quality to customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to stay composed in fast‑paced situations. You’ll be expected to step in wherever needed, support your team, and lead by example at all times. Key responsibilities include: Leading and motivating the team throughout the shift Ensuring consistent product quality and presentation Delivering and maintaining excellent customer service Managing shift flow, priorities, and time efficiently Handling customer concerns professionally and calmly Opening and/or closing the store Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards At REVES, leadership is hands‑on. You won’t just direct — you’ll actively work alongside your team to create a great experience.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who is ready to lead, take ownership, and grow with us. Requirements: At least 1 year of leadership experience in hospitality (required) Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Strong communication and team leadership skills Ability to stay calm, organized, and decisive under pressure A natural sense of ownership and accountability You are: A strong leader who leads by example Highly organized and detail-oriented Reliable and adaptable Customer‑focused and solution-driven Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
