The Role The Senior Coordinator, Platinum Access is a key role within the On Location Platinum Access & Enterprise Sales teams. The position supports custom program business development and account management for corporate buyers, high-net-worth individuals, sponsors, national federations, licensees, suppliers, donors, NOC stakeholders, international federations, rightsholder affiliates, host cities and organizing committees. Responsibilities include recommending technology processes and sales‑enablement tools to improve CRM, pipeline management and on‑site delivery, and occasionally supporting Program Management/Operations to deliver contractual program elements. The role collaborates across technology, data, B2B sales, marketing and Games services. Essential Functions & Responsibilities This job description highlights select duties and may evolve. Duties and activities may change at any time with or without notice. Primary Responsibilities Business Operations Provide general support to the Platinum Access and Enterprise Sales Team as needed. Lead onboarding and training for new employees and new processes or technologies. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all functional workstreams; assist related projects as needed. Maintain working knowledge of commercial offers, event locations, schedules and authentic cultural experiences for B2B, corporate guests and HNWIs. Author and distribute event‑related communications to applicable staff. Ensure ongoing understanding of broader business objectives for On Location and the client. Execute other duties assigned by the team or leadership. Business Development Manage pipeline tools (e.g., Airtable), CRM (Salesforce) and point‑of‑sale systems. Maintain relationships with specific accounts from initial contact through contracting and execution. Identify clients’ hospitality requirements, cultivate relationships and champion revenue‑generating solutions. Build and manage event budgets during ideation and curation, ensuring financial soundness. Author, edit, assist with design and produce proposal materials. Support contract negotiations and approvals, ensuring best rates for client experiences. Support RFI/RFP and other brief responses with cross‑functional teams. Implement CRM and pipeline initiatives to enhance efficiency. Maintain client records in Salesforce and inventory systems (Optimo, Secutix or others). Account Management Coordinate with Program Management on business development opportunities and feasibility. Analyze and review financials for post‑event sales, expenses, payments, reconciliations and client reporting. Review post‑event notes and surveys to ensure brand quality standards. Collect, input and document event summary information. Assemble information on objectives, deliverables, implementation, timelines, staffing and budgets. Attend events and client meetings/site visits. Research, organize and produce written materials, including executive summaries and case studies. Program Management Perform on‑site delivery of individual programs as requested by Program Management. Other Duties & Responsibilities Develop, document and implement specific procedures, systems and operational efficiencies. Participate in team and leadership meetings. Provide leadership and feedback on process improvement. Participate in post‑event reviews and continuous quality improvement. Maintain a customer‑first approach. Lead by example, model core values and inspire creativity. Collaborate extensively with team and across workstreams. Travel Requires adaptability to travel. International travel may be required throughout the year, including extended periods of remote work in local host‑city offices. Expected travel is 15–20% of the year plus 1–2 months of continuous travel during rightsholder events. Qualifications To perform successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty at the highest levels. Required Education Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Development, Account Management or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2+ years in a management position, preferably in B2B or travel & hospitality industry. Proficiency in Salesforce, Keynote, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop). Preferred Education & Experience Proven record of building and maintaining complex corporate accounts. Experience with B2B corporate groups, high‑touch guest services, event operations. Hands‑on approach to customizing solutions for B2B/corporate clients. Understanding of entertainment landscape including sports, fashion, culinary and cultural verticals. Exceptional interpersonal, oral, written and presentation skills. Creative, strategic thinking along with strong time‑management and organizational skills. Ability to execute multiple tasks, manage priorities and maintain productivity under pressure. Commitment to self‑development and continuous improvement. Active listening and adaptability. Comfortable traveling internationally. Experience with Olympic, World Cup, or major sporting events. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
