Lead Skating Camp Director - Build Fun, Safe Youth Programs

The Skating Camp Director oversees the planning, coordination, and daily operations of a high-quality skating camp experience. This role is responsible for developing age-appropriate skating curriculum, supervising staff and coaches, ensuring participant safety, managing parent communication, and creating an engaging, supportive environment for all skaters. Ideal candidates have strong leadership skills, skating knowledge, and a passion for working with youth in a fun and active setting.Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Must be 18 years old or more. One to three months related experience working with youth in a recreational camp setting. Experience supervising staff and/or directing daily work tasks is preferred but not required. Must display a positive and energetic attitude when working with campers.
