This Position Will Entail Perform financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making. Assist in driving accounts to a close. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for financial analysis and reporting. Analyze financial statements, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement. Prepare comprehensive financial models to evaluate potential investments, projects, or business initiatives. Support the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. Assist in the preparation of financial presentations and reports for senior management, board meetings, and stakeholders. Response to inquiries, documentation and communication assistance within the sales team. Other duties as assigned. Desired Skills Qualifications DESIRED SKILLS FOR QUALIFICATION: Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications (or Mac platform Numbers, Keynote and Papers). Genuine enthusiasm for an interest in working with people. Excellent written and verbal communication. Problem‑solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to multi‑task in a high‑pressure environment under strict time constraints. Reliable and detail oriented. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis techniques. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful insights. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Required Education And Work Experience Have a degree or a current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program in business administration or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with start-ups is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
