Avir Health Group is seeking a Marketing/Admissions Coordinator to support marketing initiatives, coordinate admissions, and build positive relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and the community. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and skilled in communication and customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media, promotional materials, and community outreach.

• Coordinate admissions, including facility tours, insurance verification, bed assignments, and required paperwork.

• Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, referral sources, vendors, and community partners.

• Coordinate marketing events, direct marketing campaigns, and promotional programs.

• Ensure admissions and marketing activities comply with applicable regulations and company policies.

• Communicate effectively with sales, clinical, and administrative teams.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

• Previous marketing, admissions, customer service, sales, or nursing home experience preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in social media, marketing tools, and computer applications.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and remain calm under stress.

• Compassionate, professional, and positive attitude when working with residents, families, and staff.
