Candidates with at least one year of experience in emergency nursing or critical care are preferred, but we are open to new graduates with a strong clinical background.

Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are also highly preferred.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to maintain composure in stressful situations. Compassion, empathy, and superior communication skills are essential for providing exceptional patient care in the Emergency Department.
