Associate Professor of Instruction - Clinical Laboratory Sciences

Job Duties Teach Clinical Laboratory Sciences courses (lectures) to on-campus and distance MS/DCLS students. Essential Job Functions Teach Clinical Laboratory Sciences courses (lectures) to on-campus and distance MS/DCLS students. Specifically, to teach: MSHP 5302 Scientific Writing CLLS 55319 Biostatistics CLLS 6306 Diagnostic Algorithms CLLS 6031 DCLS Seminar 2 Develop lesson plans, prepare presentations, and obtain visual aids for on campus and distance web-based courses, grade student papers, and practical examinations. Advise students (both on-campus and distance) on academic and research activities. Participate in scholarly, professional, and administrative service activities. Participate in departmental meetings and committee meetings, and other scholarly activities. Minimum Qualifications Applicants must have a doctoral degree in health-related field and three years teaching experience. Preferred Qualifications Doctoral degree in health-related field and/or 3 years teaching experience. Salary Commensurate with experience.
