Our client is seeking energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Event Staff in Hot Springs, Arkansas. This position plays a vital role in ensuring events run smoothly from start to finish by assisting with venue setup, guest services, event operations, and breakdown activities.


The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests, and performing physical tasks such as moving tables and chairs. Successful Event Staff members are team-oriented, professional in appearance, and committed to providing an exceptional experience for event attendees.


Key Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces by arranging tables, chairs, linens, and other event equipment according to venue layouts and specifications.
• Assist with transforming event venues before guests arrive to ensure all areas are prepared and presentation-ready.
• Welcome and direct guests to seating areas, entrances, exits, and other event locations.
• Monitor event spaces throughout the event to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Assist with crowd flow and help address guest questions or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas during the event.
• Break down tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment at the conclusion of events.
• Load, unload, and transport event materials as needed.
• Follow all venue policies, safety guidelines, and supervisor instructions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support successful event operations.

Qualifications

• Previous event, hospitality, customer service, banquet, or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
