- Assists the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the restaurant operation
- Assists in hiring and training of new employees
- Delivers unsurpassed guest service to maximize guest satisfaction
- Responds efficiently and accurately to guests questions and complaints
- Controls operational costs and identifies measures to cut waste
- Assists in appraisal of employees performances and provides feedback to improve productivity
- Ability to "read' the restaurant and know what sections, areas and/or guests need attention
- Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Implements policies and protocols that will maintain restaurant operations
- Accurately and efficiently run POS systems
- Ensures deposits are completed and done correctly
- Other duties as assigned
- Creates and fosters an environment of "teamwork" by helping fellow employees or guests without a second thought
- Able to communicate Europa Village's story
- Able to treat all employees and guests in a respectful manner
- Arrives to work prepared with excellent personal presentation standards and clean, pressed clothing with appropriate slacks and shoes
- Arrives on time and is respectful of attendance and punctuality
- Adheres to Europa Village's policies and procedures
- Has an eye for detail
- Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
