Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse position located in Wisconsin. This role involves coordinating the nursing care of patients presenting to the emergency department across all age groups, from pediatric to geriatric. The RN will perform all aspects of direct patient care, including assessments, triage, emergency resuscitation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and quality patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Two-year degree in nursing; active Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or active Compact Licensure; current Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC); minimum 2 years relevant work experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Four-year degree in nursing; additional certifications such as Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN).
• Additional Information: The RN will perform age-appropriate assessments, document care using medical terminology, and support patient education and discharge planning. The position requires proficiency in computerized documentation, emergency response, and equipment maintenance. Collaboration with other healthcare providers and participation in educational activities are essential components of this role.
