Patient Support Center Representative

We are looking to add a skilled and personable Patient Support Center Representative to our team. The PSCR is the most important initial point of contact for patients and external providers calling into GPH. You will be answering phone calls in a patient-focused manner to assure exceptional care and patient access. The ideal candidate will have the highest standard of customer service and compassion for others, and will perform all duties in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and customer service standards.

This position is not eligible for a hybrid or fully-remote schedule.

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent GED equivalent is required.
• Level 3 English is required.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Call center experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, HMOs, and private insurance
