Business Development Executive

We’re looking for a results-driven relationship builder who can develop new business, build strong partnerships, and make SERVPRO the first call for restoration and emergency response needs. What You’ll Do: Develop and execute business growth strategies Build relationships with insurance, commercial real estate, healthcare, education, manufacturing, government, and property management organizations Identify and secure new business opportunities Manage key accounts and maintain an active sales pipeline Represent SERVPRO at networking events, industry organizations, and community initiatives Coordinate educational events, Lunch & Learns, and emergency preparedness programs Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in business development, commercial sales, strategic account management, or relationship management Proven success developing executive-level relationships and closing complex sales Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills Consultative sales approach and growth-oriented mindset Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record What We Offer: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Bonus opportunities Paid vacation, holidays & personal time 401(k) with company match up to 5% Vehicle allowance or company vehicle Company technology & sales resources Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities If you’re a strategic relationship builder who thrives on growth, results, and making connections, we’d love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
