POSITION SUMMARY

The Material Administrator assists the Assistant PMC Manager to handle operational tasks, including handling SAP PP & MM module related transactions; confirming daily finished products against output; inputting activity time of production orders; performing goods receipt of incoming items and posting into inventory and printing delivery notes and packing lists. He/she also utilizes operational data to prepare Plant Performance Report and manages filing of shipping documents. Handle daily SAP system entries (65%). Perform daily order confirmation, goods issue, goods receiving, inter-company transactions (20%). Assist in preparing various plant performance report data (15%).
